• Initiate and grow your own property concierge venture under the ALB brand.

• Establish and expand your property concierge business within your local community.

• Seek out and secure property owners who are interested in entrusting the management of their properties.

• Assemble and oversee a local team of cleaning and maintenance specialists.

• Independently manage a portfolio of properties utilizing ALB’s digital resources.

• Potentially develop a network of City Managers under your sponsorship.
