This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• Launch and cultivate your own property concierge business under the ALB brand.

• Establish and expand your property concierge operations within your local community.

• Identify potential property owners and secure management agreements.

• Assemble and oversee a local team of cleaning and maintenance specialists.

• Independently manage a portfolio of properties utilizing ALB’s digital tools.

• Optionally develop a network of City Managers under your guidance.

• Increase a portfolio of managed properties and establish a recurring revenue stream.

• Ability to effectively persuade property owners and foster trust.

• Strong entrepreneurial drive and self-sufficiency.

• No specific degree, certification, or minimum years of experience required.

• Experience in real estate, sales, or related fields is advantageous.
