Real Estate Entrepreneur – Property Concierge Services

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• Initiate and develop your own property concierge enterprise under the ALB brand.

• Establish and expand your concierge services within your local community.

• Seek out and secure agreements with property owners interested in outsourcing their property management.

• Assemble and oversee a local team of cleaning and maintenance experts.

• Independently manage a portfolio of properties utilizing ALB’s digital tools.

• Optionally create your own network of City Managers under your guidance.

• Track operations in real-time through the ALB platform.

• Assign portfolio management to the ALB network during your absences.

• Ability to persuade property owners and cultivate trust.

• Experience in real estate, sales, or a related field is advantageous.

• Strong motivation and drive.

• Independence typical of a self-employed entrepreneur, with the backing of a structured network.

• Aspiration to generate a recurring long-term income.

• Must be self-employed.
