Real Estate Entrepreneur – Property Concierge Services

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• Initiate and cultivate your own property concierge services business under the ALB brand.

• Establish and expand the concierge service within your local community.

• Identify and secure property owners who are interested in delegating their property management.

• Assemble and oversee a local team of cleaning and maintenance specialists.

• Manage a portfolio of properties independently utilizing ALB’s digital tools.

• Optionally, create a network of City Managers under your guidance.

• Earn between 75% to 85% of the commissions generated from the property concierge services.

• Status as an independent contractor or self-employed entrepreneur.

• Capability to persuade property owners and foster trust.

• Self-motivation and independence.

• Interest in creating a sustainable long-term income stream.

• Prior experience in real estate, sales, or related fields is preferred but not mandatory.

• No initial investment necessary.
