• Establish and nurture your own concierge services business within your local area.

• Seek out and secure agreements with property owners who wish to entrust the management of their properties.

• Assemble and oversee a local team of cleaning and maintenance specialists.

• Manage your property portfolio independently utilizing ALB’s digital tools.

• Optionally, develop a network of City Managers under your guidance.
