📋 Description

• Launch and expand your own property concierge business under the ALB brand.

• Establish and cultivate the concierge business within your local community.

• Identify potential property owners and secure management agreements.

• Assemble and oversee a local team of cleaning and maintenance specialists.

• Independently manage a portfolio of properties utilizing ALB’s digital resources.

• Optionally develop a network of City Managers under your guidance.

• Ability to effectively persuade property owners and establish trusting relationships.

• High motivation is crucial; experience in real estate, sales, or related sectors is advantageous.

• A desire to operate independently while receiving support from a structured network.
