📋 Description

• Initiate and expand your own property concierge services business under the ALB brand.

• Create and enhance the concierge services business in your designated region.

• Identify and secure management agreements from property owners.

• Recruit and oversee a local team of cleaning and maintenance contractors.

• Independently manage a portfolio of properties utilizing ALB’s digital tools.

• Potentially develop a network of City Managers under your guidance.

• Cultivate a business that generates ongoing commissions from stay management.
