• Initiate and cultivate your own property concierge services venture under the ALB brand.

• Establish and expand your concierge services business within your local community.

• Seek out and finalize service agreements with property owners.

• Assemble and oversee a local team of cleaning and maintenance personnel.

• Independently manage a portfolio of properties utilizing ALB’s digital tools.

• Potentially create a network of City Managers under your guidance.

• Operate your business through the ALB platform and receive inquiries from property owners in your vicinity.
