• Launch and grow your own property concierge venture under the ALB brand.

• Establish and expand a property concierge business within your local area.

• Seek out and finalize management agreements with property owners.

• Assemble and oversee a local team of cleaning and maintenance experts.

• Manage a portfolio of properties independently using ALB’s digital tools.

• Potentially create a network of City Managers under your guidance.

• Handle property-owner inquiries in your vicinity and manage operations in real time through the ALB platform.
