This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• Develop and expand a property concierge business under the ALB brand.

• Identify and secure property owners interested in delegating the management of their properties.

• Assemble and oversee a local team of cleaning and maintenance experts.

• Manage a portfolio of properties independently using ALB’s digital tools.

• Optionally, create a network of City Managers through sponsorship.

• Handle property-owner requests via the ALB platform.

• Assign portfolio management to the ALB network during times of absence.

• Status as an independent contractor or freelancer.

• Capability to persuade property owners and establish trust.

• Entrepreneurial spirit and self-sufficiency.

• Aspiration to generate a recurring long-term income.

• Experience in real estate, sales, or related fields is advantageous.

• No specific degree or prior experience strictly necessary.

• Ability to start at your own pace.
