📋 Description

• Initiate and expand your own property concierge services venture under the ALB brand.

• Establish and elevate the concierge services business within your local community.

• Seek out and secure property owners interested in outsourcing the management of their properties.

• Assemble and oversee a local team of cleaning and maintenance specialists.

• Independently manage a portfolio of properties utilizing ALB’s digital resources.

• Optionally cultivate a network of City Managers under your guidance.

• Earn between 75% and 85% of the commissions from the concierge services produced by your business.
