📋 Description

• Initiate and expand your own property concierge venture under the ALB brand.

• Establish and cultivate the property concierge service in your locality.

• Seek out and secure agreements with property owners who prefer to delegate management of their properties.

• Assemble and oversee a local team of cleaning and maintenance experts.

• Independently manage a portfolio of properties utilizing ALB’s digital resources.

• Optionally create your own network of City Managers under your mentorship.

• Develop a portfolio of managed properties to establish a highly profitable business with a steady income stream.
