• Launch and cultivate your own property concierge services enterprise under the ALB brand.

• Establish and expand the concierge services business within your locality.

• Identify and secure property owners interested in outsourcing the management of their properties.

• Build and oversee a local team of cleaning and maintenance professionals.

• Independently manage a portfolio of properties utilizing ALB’s digital tools.

• Potentially develop a network of City Managers under your guidance.

• Handle business operations and owner inquiries via the ALB platform.
