📋 Description

• Initiate and expand your own property concierge enterprise under the ALB brand.

• Establish and enhance your property concierge business in your locality.

• Identify and secure agreements with property owners looking to delegate the management of their properties.

• Assemble and oversee a local team of cleaning and maintenance experts.

• Independently manage a portfolio of properties utilizing ALB’s digital tools.

• If interested, recruit City Managers under your sponsorship and earn commissions based on their business operations.
