📋 Description

• Initiate and expand your own property concierge services enterprise under the ALB brand.

• Create and enhance a property concierge services business within your community.

• Seek and secure property owners interested in outsourcing the management of their properties.

• Assemble and oversee a local team of cleaning and maintenance specialists.

• Manage a portfolio of properties independently utilizing ALB’s digital resources.

• Potentially establish a network of City Managers under your guidance.

• Track property-owner inquiries in your vicinity and oversee operations in real-time via the ALB platform.
