This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• Initiate and cultivate your own property concierge enterprise under the ALB brand.

• Establish and expand a property concierge service in your local community.

• Seek out and secure property owners who wish to entrust the management of their properties.

• Assemble and oversee a local team of cleaning and maintenance experts.

• Independently manage a portfolio of properties utilizing ALB’s digital tools.

• Potentially create a network of City Managers under your guidance.

• Receive and handle property owner inquiries via the ALB platform.

• Delegate portfolio management to the network during times of absence.

• Must possess independent / freelance status.

• Ability to effectively persuade property owners and establish trust.

• Strong motivation to build an entrepreneurial business.

• Capability to work autonomously with the assistance of a structured network.

• Aspiration to create a recurring, long-term income stream.

• No initial investment is required.

• Experience in real estate, sales, or other relevant fields is beneficial but not mandatory.
