📋 Description

• Launch and cultivate your own property concierge services business under the ALB brand.

• Establish and expand a concierge services enterprise in your local area.

• Identify and sign property owners interested in outsourcing the management of their properties.

• Recruit and oversee a local team of cleaning and maintenance professionals.

• Independently manage a portfolio of properties utilizing ALB’s digital tools.

• Potentially develop a network of City Managers under your guidance.

• Receive 75% to 85% of the concierge service commissions generated by your business.
