📋 Description

• Initiate and expand your own real estate concierge services venture under the ALB brand.

• Establish and cultivate a concierge services business within your local community.

• Seek out and secure property owners who prefer to outsource the management of their properties.

• Assemble and oversee a local team of cleaning and maintenance experts.

• Independently manage a portfolio of properties utilizing ALB’s digital tools.

• Optionally recruit your own City Managers through the referral program.

• Build a network of City Managers and earn commissions based on their activities.
