📋 Description

• Initiate and expand your own property concierge venture under the ALB brand.

• Establish and enhance your property concierge business within your local community.

• Identify and secure property owners seeking to outsource the management of their properties.

• Assemble and oversee a local team of cleaning and maintenance experts.

• Independently manage a portfolio of properties utilizing ALB’s digital resources.

• Optionally create a network of City Managers under your guidance.

• Build a portfolio of managed properties that generates recurring revenue.

• Status as an independent contractor or self-employed entrepreneur.

• Capability to convince property owners and establish trust.

• Drive and commitment to grow your own business.

• Ability to operate independently while receiving support from a structured network.

• Aspiration to create a long-term, recurring income stream.

• Experience in real estate, sales, or a similar field is advantageous but not mandatory.
