• Establish and grow your own property concierge services business under the ALB brand.

• Seek out and secure management agreements with property owners.

• Assemble and oversee a local team of cleaning and maintenance professionals.

• Independently handle a portfolio of properties utilizing ALB’s digital resources.

• Potentially cultivate a network of City Managers under your guidance.

• Capability to persuade property owners and foster trusting relationships.

• Self-motivated and autonomous.

• Keen interest in establishing a long-term recurring income stream.

• Background in real estate, sales, or a related field is advantageous, though not mandatory.
