📋 Description

• Launch and expand your own property concierge business under the ALB brand.

• Establish and cultivate your property concierge company within your local community.

• Seek out and secure property owners who are interested in outsourcing the management of their properties.

• Assemble and oversee a local team of cleaning and maintenance experts.

• Manage a portfolio of properties independently using ALB’s digital tools.

• Optionally develop your own network of City Managers under your guidance.

• Operate your business through the ALB platform and receive inquiries from property owners in your vicinity.

• Capability to persuade property owners and foster trusting relationships.

• Motivation and ambition to create a recurring, long-term income.
