📋 Description

• Establish and grow your property concierge business within your designated area.

• Seek out and secure agreements with property owners who wish to entrust the management of their properties to you.

• Assemble and oversee your local team of cleaning and maintenance professionals.

• Manage your property portfolio autonomously utilizing ALB’s digital resources.

• Optionally develop your own network of City Managers under your sponsorship.

• Receive leads from property owners in your territory and oversee your business operations in real time through the ALB platform.

• Experience in real estate, sales, or any relevant field is advantageous.
