• Initiate and expand your own property concierge venture under the ALB brand.

• Establish and enhance your property concierge business within your local community.

• Seek out and secure property owners who wish to outsource the management of their properties.

• Assemble and oversee a local team of cleaning and maintenance experts.

• Independently handle a portfolio of properties utilizing ALB’s digital tools.

• Potentially develop a network of City Managers under your guidance.

• Receive and manage inquiries from property owners in your area through the ALB platform.
