📋 Description

• Initiate and cultivate your own property concierge venture under the ALB brand.

• Establish and expand the property concierge business within your locality.

• Identify property owners and secure property management agreements.

• Assemble and oversee a local team of cleaning and maintenance experts.

• Independently manage a portfolio of properties utilizing ALB’s digital resources.

• Recruit and potentially guide City Managers.

• Earn commissions based on the activities of sponsored City Managers.

• Must be self-employed.

• Capable of persuading property owners and establishing trust with them.

• Driven and eager to develop an independent business.

• Interested in working independently while benefiting from a structured network's support.

• Open to creating a long-term recurring income stream.

• Experience in real estate, sales, or any related field is appreciated, but not mandatory.

• No specific degree, certification, or license is required.
