📋 Description

• Launch and establish your own property concierge business under the ALB brand.

• Create and expand your property concierge services within your local community.

• Seek out and secure contracts from property owners looking to outsource property management.

• Build and oversee a local team of cleaning and maintenance professionals.

• Independently manage a portfolio of properties utilizing ALB’s digital tools.

• Optionally cultivate a network of City Managers under your guidance.

• Operate your business through the ALB platform and receive inquiries from property owners in your vicinity.
