📋 Description

• Launch and cultivate your own property concierge venture under the ALB brand.

• Establish and expand the property concierge service within your local community.

• Seek out property owners and secure management agreements.

• Assemble and oversee a local team of cleaning and maintenance specialists.

• Manage a portfolio of properties independently using ALB’s digital resources.

• Potentially develop a network of City Managers with your guidance.

• Handle operations and property-owner inquiries via the ALB platform.
