📋 Description

• Launch and grow your own property concierge business under the ALB brand.

• Establish and expand a property concierge business in your local community.

• Identify and secure agreements with property owners.

• Build and oversee a local team of cleaning and maintenance professionals.

• Independently manage a portfolio of properties utilizing ALB’s digital tools.

• Optionally create a network of City Managers under your guidance.

• Develop and manage a collection of short-term rental properties.
