• Establish and grow your property concierge business within your community.

• Seek out and sign contracts with property owners looking to outsource property management.

• Recruit and oversee a local team of cleaning and maintenance experts.

• Manage your property portfolio independently utilizing ALB’s digital resources.

• Optionally develop your own network of City Managers under your guidance.

• Receive and handle property-owner leads in your vicinity through the ALB platform.

• Experience in real estate, sales, or a related field.

• Strong motivation and drive.
