This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• Initiate and expand your own real estate concierge services business under the ALB brand.

• Set up and cultivate your concierge services business within your local community.

• Identify and secure property owners interested in outsourcing their property management.

• Assemble and oversee a local team of cleaning and maintenance experts.

• Manage a portfolio of properties independently utilizing ALB’s digital tools.

• Optionally create a network of City Managers under your guidance.

• Earn between 75% and 85% of the commissions from the concierge services generated by your business.

• Build a portfolio of managed properties that ALB may repurchase when you exit the network.

• Prior experience in real estate, sales, or related fields is beneficial.

• Strong motivation and drive.

• Independence as a self-employed professional, supported by a structured network.
