📋 Description

• Initiate and expand your own property concierge venture under the ALB brand.

• Establish and enhance your property concierge business within your locality.

• Seek out and secure property owners who wish to delegate the management of their properties.

• Assemble and oversee a local team of cleaning and maintenance experts.

• Independently handle a portfolio of properties utilizing ALB’s digital tools.

• Optionally create a network of City Managers under your oversight.

• Address and manage property owner inquiries in your region via the ALB platform.

• Independent contractor or freelance status is required.

• Strong ability to persuade property owners and establish trust.

• Prior experience in real estate, sales, or related fields is advantageous.

• Self-motivated with the capability to work independently.

• Aspiration to cultivate a sustainable long-term income.
