📋 Description

• Initiate and cultivate your own property concierge enterprise under the ALB brand.

• Establish and expand your concierge services within your local community.

• Identify and engage property owners looking to outsource property management.

• Assemble and oversee a local team of cleaning and maintenance experts.

• Independently handle a portfolio of properties utilizing ALB’s digital resources.

• Optionally create a network of City Managers under your guidance.

• Earn between 75% to 85% of the commissions from the property concierge services generated by your business.
