• Launch and cultivate your own real estate concierge service business under the ALB brand.

• Establish and expand the concierge service business within your local area.

• Seek out and finalize management agreements with property owners.

• Assemble and oversee a local team of cleaning and maintenance specialists.

• Independently manage a portfolio of properties utilizing ALB’s digital resources.

• Optionally recruit City Managers under your sponsorship and earn a commission based on their business activities.
