📋 Description

• Initiate and cultivate your own property concierge enterprise under the ALB brand.

• Establish and expand your concierge services within your local community.

• Seek out and secure property owners interested in delegating the management of their real estate.

• Assemble and oversee a local team of cleaning and maintenance experts.

• Manage a portfolio of properties independently utilizing ALB’s digital tools.

• Optionally create a network of City Managers under your guidance.

• Receive inquiries from property owners in your region and handle real-time operations via the ALB platform.
