This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• Launch and expand your own property concierge business under the ALB brand.

• Establish and grow your concierge services in your local community.

• Identify and approach property owners to secure management agreements.

• Assemble and oversee a local team of cleaning and maintenance experts.

• Independently manage a portfolio of properties utilizing ALB’s digital tools.

• Optionally develop a network of City Managers under your guidance.

• Earn between 75% to 85% of the concierge commissions generated by your business.

• Cultivate a portfolio of managed properties that generate ongoing fees.

• Strong ability to persuade property owners and foster trust.

• Drive to develop a successful entrepreneurial venture.

• Capability to work autonomously with the backing of a structured network.

• Previous experience in real estate, sales, or any other sector is not mandatory—motivation is key.
