📋 Description

• Launch and expand your own property concierge business under the ALB brand.

• Establish and nurture your property concierge venture in your local community.

• Seek out and sign property owners interested in outsourcing the management of their properties.

• Assemble and lead a local team of cleaning and maintenance professionals.

• Independently manage a portfolio of properties utilizing ALB’s digital tools.

• Optionally create a network of City Managers under your sponsorship.

• Earn between 75% and 85% of the concierge commission generated by your business.
