📋 Description

• Initiate and grow your own property concierge business under the ALB brand.

• Establish and expand a property concierge business in your local region.

• Seek out and engage property owners who wish to entrust the management of their properties.

• Assemble and oversee a local team of cleaning and maintenance professionals.

• Independently manage a portfolio of properties utilizing ALB’s digital resources.

• Optionally develop a network of City Managers under your guidance.

• Handle and respond to property owner inquiries within your area.

• Supervise and manage operations in real-time through the ALB platform.
