📋 Description

• Launch and expand your own property concierge business under the ALB brand.

• Create and develop your concierge services within your local community.

• Seek out and sign property owners who are interested in outsourcing their property management.

• Build and oversee a local team of cleaning and maintenance professionals.

• Manage your property portfolio independently using ALB’s digital tools.

• Optionally establish your own network of City Managers under your guidance.

• Develop a short-term rental management business catering to villas, premium apartments, and unique accommodations.

• Experience in real estate, sales, or a related field is advantageous.

• Strong motivation.

• Autonomy as an independent professional, with the support of a structured network.

• Commitment to building a recurring long-term income.
