• Initiate and expand your own real estate concierge services enterprise under the ALB brand.

• Establish and nurture your concierge services company within your local community.

• Identify and secure property owners looking to delegate the management of their properties.

• Assemble and oversee your local team of cleaning and maintenance specialists.

• Independently manage your property portfolio utilizing ALB’s digital resources.

• Develop your own network of City Managers under your guidance, with the potential to earn commissions based on their business performance.

• You have experience in real estate, sales, or a related field.

• You exhibit strong motivation.
