📋 Description

• Initiate and cultivate your own property concierge business under the ALB brand.

• Establish and expand the property concierge operations within your local market.

• Seek out and secure agreements with property owners who want to outsource the management of their properties.

• Assemble and oversee a local team of cleaning and maintenance specialists.

• Manage a portfolio of properties independently utilizing ALB’s digital tools.

• Potentially develop a network of City Managers under your guidance.

• Receive and handle property-owner inquiries in your region.

• Track business performance in real time through the ALB platform.
