This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• Initiate and expand your own property concierge services business under the ALB brand.

• Create and nurture a concierge services operation within your local community.

• Identify potential property owners and secure management contracts.

• Assemble and oversee a local team of cleaning and maintenance professionals.

• Manage a portfolio of properties independently using ALB’s digital resources.

• Optionally develop a network of City Managers under your guidance.

• Earn commissions based on the performance of sponsored City Managers.

• Must be independent or have freelance status.

• Driven and capable of persuading property owners while establishing trust.

• Experience in real estate, sales, or related fields is advantageous.

• Self-motivated with a desire to create a sustainable, recurring income.

• No specific degree, certification, or minimum experience required.
