Real Estate Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee a caseload ranging from 375 to 600 files.

• Handle multiple clients and various program specifics within your caseload.

• Transform leads into sales through consistent engagement and problem-solving throughout the home buying and selling process.

• Inform new customers about program advantages and eligibility for rewards.

• Manage escalations with professionalism.

• Assess each customer's real estate requirements and customize solutions accordingly.

• Represent customers during real estate transactions.

• Serve as a bridge between customers and real estate agents to guarantee outstanding service.

• Manage a significant volume of calls, emails, and texts on a daily basis.

• Actively follow up with customers at crucial touchpoints during their journey.

• Comply with client-specific call flow protocols and policies.

• Meet performance metrics related to customer enrollment, referral placements, sale closures, and program satisfaction.

• Provide and facilitate the cross-selling of mortgage and related services.

⛳️ Requirements

• A high school diploma is mandatory.

• Preferred experience of 2-3 years in a business setting.

• Some college education is preferred.

• Bilingual individuals fluent in both English and Spanish are preferred.

• Familiarity with real estate concepts is preferred (home buying, selling, or mortgage knowledge).

• Previous customer service experience is preferred (in retail, financial services, or call center environments).

• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills are essential.

• Proficiency in digital tools and the ability to navigate various systems.

• Strong attention to detail is required.

• Planning and organizational skills, with the capacity to multitask in a dynamic environment.

• Ability to engage with customers in a courteous and professional manner.

• Consistent attendance and punctuality are expected.
