Real Estate City Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• Act as the local representative for the network in your city and adjacent areas.

• Treat your designated territory as if it were your own enterprise.

• Propel business growth by securing new properties for management.

• Manage the property portfolio, including housekeeping, maintenance, check-in/check-out, and guest relations.

• Enhance revenue through yield management and multi-channel distribution on platforms such as Airbnb, Booking.com, and Abritel.

• Organize the local network of service providers.

• Assign property management during your absences using the ALB Vacation System.

• Optionally, recruit your own City Managers under a sponsorship agreement and earn commissions based on their performance.

• Previous experience in real estate, sales, or other relevant industries is advantageous.
