Real Estate City Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• Expand the business in your region by onboarding new properties for management.

• Supervise the property portfolio, including housekeeping, maintenance, check-in/check-out, and guest relations.

• Optimize revenue through yield management and multi-channel distribution on platforms like Airbnb, Booking.com, and Abritel.

• Manage and coordinate the local network of service providers.

• Delegate portfolio management during absences using the ALB Vacation System.

• Treat the city and surrounding area as your own business territory.

• Establish a portfolio of managed properties and create a recurring-revenue business.
