Real Estate Associate Agent – Sanford/Lee County

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.

📋 Description

• Conduct home showings

• Organize open houses

• Participate in property inspections

• Collaborate with clients on a self-scheduled basis

• Deliver field-event services without any sales pressure, contracts, or closing requirements

• Operate remotely in the field and travel throughout the local area

• Complete a video screening and recruiter-guided application process upon meeting minimum qualifications

⛳️ Requirements

• Possession of a real estate license in the state where you will be working

• Commitment to exclusively affiliate your license with Redfin

• Access to a smartphone, laptop, and GPS, or willingness to acquire them

• Readiness to join the local MLS and Realtor Association

• Dependable mode of transportation

• Capability to travel within your designated market

• Successful completion of background screening in accordance with applicable laws

• Independent contractor status (1099)
