• Showcase properties to potential buyers

• Organize and conduct open house events

• Participate in property inspections

• Operate remotely in the field without the need for office visits

• Join field events and receive a flat payment for each event

• Complete a brief application and video screening if you meet the minimum qualifications

• Associate your real estate license exclusively with Redfin

⛳️ Requirements

• Valid real estate license in the state where you will be working

• Commitment to affiliate your license solely with Redfin

• Possession of a smartphone, laptop, and GPS, or readiness to acquire them

• Willingness to become a member of the local MLS and Realtor Association

• Dependable transportation

• Capability to travel within your designated market

• Completion of background screening for this position

• Classification as an independent contractor (1099)
