This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee.

• Showcase properties to potential buyers

• Organize and conduct open house events

• Participate in property inspections

• Collaborate with clients according to your availability

• Provide customer service, particularly during weekends

• Carry out field events without the pressure of sales, contracts, or closings

• Complete a video screening if invited

• Operate as an independent contractor associated with Redfin

⛳️ Requirements

• Possession of a real estate license in the state where you will be employed

• Commitment to exclusively associate your license with Redfin

• Ownership of a smartphone, laptop, and GPS, or willingness to obtain them

• Readiness to join the local MLS and Realtor Association

• Dependable transportation

• Ability to travel within your designated market

• Successful completion of background screening
