📋 Description

• Showcase homes and facilitate open houses

• Participate in property inspections

• Determine your own working hours and manage your workload

⛳️ Requirements

• Valid real estate license in the state where you will be working

• Commitment to exclusively affiliate your license with Redfin

• Possession of a smartphone, laptop, and GPS, or the willingness to acquire them

• Eagerness to join the local MLS and Realtor Association

• Dependable mode of transportation and capability to travel within your market

• Background screening is a prerequisite

• Status as an independent contractor (1099)
