This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Oregon.

📋 Description

• Conduct home showings, facilitate open houses, and participate in property inspections.

• Establish your own schedule and manage your workload.

• Collaborate with clients based on your availability.

• Attract clients, particularly during weekends.

• Operate in a no-pressure sales environment, free from contracts or closings.

• Work remotely in the field without the necessity of office visits.

• Complete a brief application and video screening if you meet the minimum qualifications.

• Exclusively affiliate your real estate license with Redfin.

⛳️ Requirements

• Possess a real estate license in the state where you will be working.

• Commitment to exclusively affiliate your license with Redfin.

• Access to a smartphone, laptop, and GPS, or the willingness to acquire them.

• Willingness to join the local MLS and Realtor Association.

• Reliable transportation is essential.

• Capability to travel within your market area.

• Ability to successfully pass a background check in accordance with applicable laws.

• Must hold independent contractor status (1099).
