Real Estate Associate Agent

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Oregon.

📋 Description

• Showcase homes, facilitate open houses, and participate in inspections.

• Determine your own schedule and manage your workload.

• Collaborate with clients at your convenience.

• Operate remotely in the field without the need for office visits.

• Engage with customers, particularly on weekends.

• Work in a pressure-free environment, without sales quotas, contracts, or closing requirements.

• Participate in a video screening once the minimum qualifications are satisfied.

• Fill out a brief application and follow the next steps guided by the recruiter.

⛳️ Requirements

• Valid real estate license in the state where you will be working.

• Commitment to exclusively affiliate your license with Redfin.

• Possession of a smartphone, laptop, and GPS, or the willingness to acquire them.

• Readiness to join the local MLS and Realtor Association.

• Dependable transportation and the ability to travel within your designated market.

• Completion of a background screening for this position.

• Independent contractor classification (1099).
