📋 Description

• Conduct home showings

• Organize open houses

• Participate in property inspections

• Establish your own hours and manage your workload

• Collaborate with clients on your own timetable

• Enjoy a high volume of customers, particularly on weekends

• Operate remotely in the field with no need for office visits

• Receive a flat-rate compensation for each field event as an independent contractor

• Complete a brief application and video screening upon meeting minimum qualifications

⛳️ Requirements

• Valid real estate license in the state where you will be operating

• Commitment to exclusively affiliate your license with Redfin

• Access to a smartphone, laptop, and GPS, or the willingness to obtain them

• Readiness to join the local MLS and Realtor Association

• Dependable transportation

• Capability to travel within your designated market

• Background screening is mandatory
